Through my personal training sessions with Sirena, I was able to achieve a new milestone in my fitness level.

I started working out with Sirena in July 2010 as a part of the Healthwork’s boot camp program.  As a group exercise trainer, Sirena was motivating and attentive to each participant in the group.

I kept signing up for more boot camp sessions with Sirena because her workouts were fun and she made sure each person was doing the exercises correctly – breathing and in the right postures. At the end of the one-month program, I noticed I was stronger, leaner, and more agile. I started to get back into the fitness level I had as a collegiate athlete.

I injured my foot in October last year. Unable to continuing my normal workout routine, I started one-on-one personal training with Sirena.  She was able to adjust workouts to fit my needs and accommodate my foot injury.  She incorporated pilates mat exercises into my workouts and I soon started pilates reformer exercises with her in the spring last year in addition to weight training.

My working out with Sirena was never a routine.  I was always learning something new. She emphasizes a well-rounded, whole body, mind, and spirit approach.    Thank you, Sirena!!
